Important Information

Please review the following details carefully:

Camp Blaze, an off-grid retreat owned by Rob and Nicole from our church, is located in St. Charles, just 50 minutes from the church. The Young Collective will have exclusive use of the retreat from October 25-27. Curious about the venue? Visit the Camp Blaze website: https://campblazeretreat.ca/

Participation Options:

1. Overnight Pass – Available for individuals or married couples.
2. Drop-In Pass – Available for individuals, couples, or children who won’t be staying overnight.

For the Overnight Pass, early bird pricing is $40 per person until October 10th. After that, the regular rate is $60 per person, which includes meals, accommodations, and activities.

Accommodation Choices:

• Married couples will enjoy private cabins with fire pits, barbecues, outdoor showers, and outhouses.
• Single men will share a cabin with double beds, fire pit, barbecue, outdoor shower, and outhouse.
• Single women will stay in the main cabin, which features single and bunk beds, as well as a bathroom, fire pit, and attached lounge and kitchen area.
• Note: Children cannot stay overnight but are welcome with a Drop-In Pass.

For the Drop-In Pass, it’s $10 per person, allowing you, your friends, spouse, or kids to visit anytime between 10 AM and 10 PM. This includes meals and activities.

If you can’t stay the whole weekend, the Drop-In Pass is perfect for joining in for part of the experience!
